So when I did this shoot I was 2 margaritas deep hehehe. 

Just before getting drunk however I had thrifted this bolo tie.

I guess I should be shamed in the fashion community for blogging while wearing the same shoe/sock combo..... but hey I was on vacation and only had one pair of shoes to pick from.

I have arrived

Yesterday was my first day back in the Pacific Northwest. 

I love it here the people are amazing, the food local, and coffee flows like rivers. So after getting some coffee me and the beaux went for a lovely walk down to Junk Beach, where there is more glass than sand it seems.

This is what i'll be listening to today.

The new album of Portugal. The Man is up to par with the style, quality, and chillness of previous sounds from the Alaskan natives. I saw the group back in 2011 up at Western Washington University. needless to say the memories of that night were quite unforgettable. The group opened with The Courage, and Kimya Dawson. The group will be performing here in Las Vegas at the Life Is Beautiful Music Festival in October! See ya there!

Muted Morning

Well this is just a quick look I thought of this morning while flossing.

The sun is too bright but at least these sunglasses from American Apparel look great.

The rest on my ensemble comes from the o so great American Apparel except these shoes which were a thrifting gem.

Soft Stripes

With the vegas heat getting into its summer norms I feel as though you guys might be seeing many night shoots to come. I enjoy the way the flash added depth and brought out the colors *~post~* editing on some of the photos. 

Yes this is my backyard I had to run around piles of dog poop to get into pose...

I thrifted this rad shirt in Vancouver, BC. I had been searching for a vertical stripe shirt with pastel stripes for quite some time. Instead of going out of my spending zone at American Apparel I decided to keep my eyes peeled during countless thrifting adventures. The whole outfit is actually product of thrifting.

I know I have better outfits than this but on a day as hot as this I figured it would be good to wear next to nothing. Yes I live in las vegas. Which is surprisingly less fashionable than one would think. Many heads turned as I walked around today. Maybe that was because my shorts were less than a conservative length

The life of a Starbucks barista (my occupation) is much worse than one might think. When I am not tending to the needs of a typical caffeine crazed privileged housewife I am dealing with my own set of issues. The most important being, what am I going to wear today, granted I don't have to work later (in which case I watch TV from the comforts of my bed and don't bother with my closet). 

As you can see my room is pretty cool.
